What to expect when registering and/or logging into the system:

To become a volunteer, you must create a volunteer account and complete the registration process, including payment. The first time you get to the site you will need to create a new account by entering a username and password. Be sure to write these down so you can access your account later. Note: ALL volunteers will need to create a “new” account, even if you volunteered in a past year. 

To create an account, fill in the details on the left side of the screen (if you have already created an account for 2023, you can login on the right side of the screen). You will then be prompted through the registration process. To be best prepared, please read through the FAQ’s (click here) and committees and descriptions (click here) as you will be asked to select your top three (3) committee preferences. You will also need to input your general availability for the tournament week. This can be edited later but is important to help assign you to a committee and schedule specific shifts.

The registration process will also ask you to select your uniform size (note: the system default is small, be sure to drop down and select your appropriate size) and choice of headwear. You can also add additional uniform items you wish to purchase.

Payment will be required to complete the registration process. Each volunteer fee is $65 and includes one shirt and headwear. If you add additional items to your package your fee will increase accordingly.

Once you have completed each section of registration, including payment, you will receive a confirmation email from the Cueto system. You will also receive an email to verify your email address. This is very important to ensure you do not miss out on any important communications related to the tournament. Please check your spam/junk mail and allow your email to accept these emails going forward. 

You will receive more information to notify you once you have been assigned to a committee as well as who your chairperson is and their contact information.
