Four players with Texas ties have received sponsor exemptions to compete in the Korn Ferry Tour’s Veritex Bank Championship at Texas Rangers Golf Club, tournament officials announced.
Joining the field for the April 13-16 event are: Blaine Hale Jr., a Lake Highlands graduate who played at Oklahoma; Cody Gribble, a Highland Park graduate who played on Texas’ 2012 national championship team; Cooper Dossey, a two-time All-American at Baylor; and Derek Oland, a Midwestern State alum who lives in Plano.
Daily grounds passes are $20 and are available exclusively online at veritexbankchampionship.com. Military members (active, reserve, retired, and veterans), first responders and their families can attend free of charge. Children under 18 are free with a ticketed adult.
